By accessing and using Marc you (Legal Business Name: mrac you, also referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Marc you provides a suite of digital tools and micro-SaaS mini-apps powered by Artificial Intelligence, including prompt generators, translators, and business logic evaluators. Certain tools are provided for free, while others require the purchase of digital "Credits."

3. Accounts and Credits

To use paid features, you must purchase Credits. Credits are a digital utility within the Marc you platform and hold no real-world monetary value outside of the platform. Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase if your account remains completely inactive.

4. Payments and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns regarding payments.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Generate hateful, abusive, illegal, or highly offensive content using our AI tools.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or negatively impact the performance of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The code, design, and original content of Marc you is owned by us. Content generated by you using our AI tools (e.g., generated names, SEO copy, prompt text) is owned by you, subject to the inherent limitations of AI-generated copyright laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Limitation of Liability

Marc you is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
