Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Overview
We want you to be satisfied with our products and services. Due to the digital nature of the Marc you platform and the immediate delivery of digital 'Credits', all sales are generally considered final. However, we do evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis as outlined below.
2. 14-Day Refund Policy (Paddle Compliance)
In accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel the agreement and return the product (request a full refund) within 14 days of your purchase, without giving any reason.
- No Questions Asked: You do not need to provide a specific reason to receive a refund within this 14-day window.
- Credit Reversal: Upon processing your refund, the corresponding credits added to your account during the refunded transaction will be revoked.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
We may issue a refund in the following exceptional situations, even if credits were used:
- You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error on our side or our payment processor's side.
- The core functionalities of the website were entirely broken and inaccessible for a prolonged period immediately following your purchase, rendering the credits useless.
4. How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email address and the Order ID (provided by Paddle in your receipt email). We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
5. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. While we approve refunds based on our policy, the actual processing and return of funds to your payment method is handled securely by Paddle.
